Our Horizontal Flow-Wrap Packaging Machine is designed to automatically wrap and seal products individually using cellophane and other compatible packaging films.
 

The machine is equipped with a high-performance servo-driven control system incorporating three servo motors, providing precise and reliable control throughout the packaging process. Product height, photocell settings and packaging speed can be easily adjusted through the PLC-based Smart Control System via the user-friendly touchscreen interface.
 

The flow-wrapper can be configured as either a standard top-film flow-wrapper or an inverted (bottom-film) flow-wrapper, depending on the product and application. For delicate, sticky or sensitive products, inverted models are available with either conveyor-to-film transfer, where the product is transferred from the infeed conveyor directly onto the packaging film, or a direct-on-film configuration, where the product is placed directly onto the film and the packaging film itself acts as the conveying surface. The direct-on-film configuration provides a frictionless product handling solution, making it particularly suitable for highly delicate or difficult-to-transfer products.
 

Depending on the product dimensions, packaging material and sealing requirements, the machine can be ordered with either rotary sealing jaws or box-motion sealing jaws. Rotary sealing jaws are ideal for high-speed packaging applications, while box-motion sealing jaws are particularly suitable for taller or larger products, as well as applications requiring increased sealing contact time and stronger, more consistent seals.
