Tortilla Bread Production Line

Our Tortilla Production Line is a fully automatic machine which is capable of producing up to 6,000 tortillas per hour with product diameter ranging between 18cm and 30cm. The production line consists of the following components:

 

  1. Six Lane Dough Divider & Rounder Unit

  2. Intermediate Proofer

  3. Hot Plate Press

  4. Tunnel Oven

  5. Cooling Belt

  6. Stacker

DOUGH DIVIDER UNIT

  • The machine is manufactured out of sturdy food-grade stainless steel frame.

 

  • This unit is able to divide and round dough weight ranging from 30g to 110g.

 

  • Clean working conditions with the minimal use of flour.

 

  • The amount of flour used can be adjusted.

 

  • The dough cutting is supported by automatic lubrication system within the machine.

  • Cutting without application of any pressure on the dough results with perfect surface textures.

  • The hopper can take up to 130kg of dough.

  • A user-friendly touch-screen control panel for ease of operation.

INTERMEDIATE PROOFER

  • Minimum resting time of 10 minutes.

 

  • Operation is in synchronisation with the Six Lanes Dough Divider & Rounder Unit.

HOT PLATE PRESS

  • Can press flat, six rounded balls of dough at a time.

 

  • Teflon belt is used against the press plate to prevent sticking.

  • Precision pressing is utilised via four 1.9kW servo motors with lead screws.

 

  • Teflon belt is used against the press plate to prevent sticking.

TUNNEL OVEN

  • Natural gas or LPG (direct flame) is used to bake the product.

 

  • A three level tunnel oven is used to bake both sides of the product.

  • Total baking time inside of the tunnel oven takes approximately 60 seconds.

 

  • Teflon belt is used against the press plate to prevent sticking.

COOLING CONVEYOR BELTS

  • Plastic modular conveyor belts are used to facilitate the cooling procedure after the tunnel oven.

 

  • Cooling time takes approximately 5 minutes in an ambient environment.

STACKER

  • Three lanes of stacking products.

 

  • Can stack between 8 to 12 products.
