DOUGH DIVIDER & ROUNDING UNIT

 

  • The machine is manufactured out of sturdy food-grade stainless steel frame.

  • If necessary, each end of the pistons can be blocked to produce 4 lanes of balls of dough to reduce capacity or speed of production.

 

  • The machine is able to cut dough with a mass of from either 30g to 110g, 40g to 160g or 50g to 180g.

 

  • The machine is able to cut and roll 9,000 balls of dough per every hour.

 

  • Clean working conditions with the minimal use of flour.

 

  • The amount of flour used can be adjusted.

 

  • The dough cutting is supported by automatic lubrication system within the machine.

 

  • Cutting without application of any pressure on the dough results with perfect surface textures.

 

PROOFER

 

  • 6 rows of baskets available.

 

  • The dough exits the proofer in 3 rows toward the sheeter/flattener.

 

  • A total of 360 baskets are available on the machine.

 

  • Baskets are manufactured out of a food grade, cleanable, polymer material.

 

  • At maximum speeds, proofing takes 2.5 minutes to finish a full cycle.

 

  • The proofer has directing belts located below the baskets in case if the machine is not used the baskets can quickly return back to the start to save time.

 

MOULDER

 

  • The moulder uses two conveyor belts with forming pads to adjust the thickness and shape of the dough.

  • Depending on the mass of the dough, the length and shape of the product can easily be adjusted.

  • The sorting apparatus is used to neatly line up the sandwich types of dough individually.

 

TRAY SYSTEM

 

  • Different type of doughs can be automatically dropped onto different tray sizes.

 

  • If the tray is not positioned correctly, the machine stops with indications of tray positioning.
