This machine which aerates the flour helps break-free compressed and lumped flour as a result of stacking of flour bags in the warehouse. Running the flour through our flour sifting aeration machine improves water retention, and eliminates foreign objects.

• Machine ensures that unwanted foreign matters inside the flour are collected in trash bags fitted to the machine.

• Flour poured into the chamber is transferred to the sifting chamber by the help of spiral system, and then the flour is sifted by the sifting system known as the silk sift.

• Aerated and sifted flour is transferred through the outlet chamber to the dough kneading machine. It prevents penetration of fine materials such as hair and sand.
