DOUGH DIVIDER AND ROUNDER UNIT

The machine is manufactured out of sturdy food-grade stainless steel frame.

If necessary, each end of the pistons can be blocked to produce 4 lanes of balls of dough to reduce capacity or speed of production.

The machine is able to cut dough with a mass of from either 30g to 110g, 40g to 160g or 50g to 180g.

MOULDER UNIT

TOPPING UNIT
