DOUGH SHEETER

  • Dough is continuously pumped out as a flat and thick line from its hopper.

  • Very uniform dough sheet thickness and width.

 

CROSS-ROLLER

 

  • A roll goes back and forth to generate the required sheet width.

  • Eliminates potential tension in the dough.

 

MULTI-ROLLER

 

  • After the shaper, the dough line is fed into the multi-roller to get near the target thickness of the dough line.

 

CALIBRATION ROLLER

 

  • A sensitive calibration roller is used to achieve a uniform targeted thickness of the dough.

CUT IN LENGTH

  • The product is cut in target length and as an option holes or certain shapes are punched into the product.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

  • Depositor - A depositor can be used to deposit contents on the product such as tomato sauce, cheese and so on.
